Refund policy

Night Signals is a personalized digital reflection experience delivered immediately after purchase. You may request a refund within three calendar days of purchase if the experience was not delivered, does not use the answers you submitted, or is missing a feature specifically advertised on the purchase page.

Because the product is personalized and delivered digitally, a subjective disagreement with a reflection, a change of mind, or a hoped-for emotional or relationship outcome is not grounds for a refund. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
